We aim to prepare and dispatch Fakies orders as quickly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We ship throughout Australia.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We also ship to New Zealand.
International delivery times can vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
