RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of Fakies products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us at Info@fakiesteeth.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return. Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide return instructions.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Change of mind: We do not provide refunds for opened or used products where you simply change your mind or decide the product is unsuitable.
